Sconce Lane - at the triangle, Spotted Flycatcher, Whitethroat. Next to old holiday chalets, Spotted Flycatcher, Redstart, Whitethroat plus 2 Little Owls. By now, Willow Warblers recorded were at least a dozen. Near to Glovershaw, 2 Wheatears & at Golcar Farm, Whitethroat & 16 Grey Partridge. On the walk, 4 Stock Dove & 2 Kestrel recorded.

Strid Woods -Birds seen today 28 different species the usual tits and chaffinch robins etc but we also had 3 Little Owls in one tree, 2 Female Mandarins 14 Goosanders (11 in one group) 4 GSW, 12+ Sandmartins blogging in usual spot, 1 Grey Wagtail, 1 Treecreeper, Family of Nuthatches at feeder point and 4 Dippers, Swallows and Housemartins
