Dowley Gap Filter Beds - 20 Meadow Pipit, 20 Pied Wagtail, Grey Wagtail with Stonechat at nearby Ivy Cottage.
Dowley Locks - 25 Lapwing in fields, Kingfisher on rowing length of river plus pair of Goosander. Dipper in Trench Meadow Stream and drake Mandarin still on canal at Victoria Road Bridge. Female Peregrine seen in the area.

Bramblings
A Brambling with a flock of 12 Greenfinch and a surprise Reed Bunting in a Baildon Garden. Yesterday another Brambling with a finch flock was seen in a Riddlesden garden (from S. Lilley).

Whitley Head, above Steeton - 10 Brambling. Birds in trees on the left leaving Steeton going uphill after houses. Flying down to field with green stalks (not storks!) to feed with other finches, so there may be more.
Bradley Ings - 5 Shoveler, 35 Wigeon, 20 Teal, 400 Lapwing, 5 Snipe.
