9 Teal (4m, 5f), 20 – 30 Wigeon, 15 goldeneye (2 males inc 1 displaying, 13 females), 2 pairs gadwall.
Otley Old Bridge
1 female wood duck (escapee) feeding with mallards – it’s probably been there for a month now.
Knotford
15 tufted (11m, 4f), 1m shoveler, 1m pochard, 5 pairs goldeneye, 2 oystercatchers, 3 GCG. There were 101 coot but, interestingly, most had escaped from the high winds on the open lake and were in a compact flotilla of 85 on the small lake.
