Middleton Lodge; all hedgerows seemed to be full of activity,
including robin, blue tit, great tit, blackbird, chaffinch,
2 nuthatch and 6 jays.
Very quiet on the moors – very few meadow pipits about –
mainly wrens, crows, jackdaws and 7 Red Grouse.
Red Kite on fence post feeding at 11am on Middleton Moor.
