Bingley - 4 Waxwings still present

John O'Gaunt's and Beaver Dyke reservoirs,
3 Yellow Wagtails with a pair of Grey wagtails close by. In another part of Haverah park, near where the outfall from Beaver Dyke reservoir crosses under the track to the dam, there were 6 Redpoll with a flock of 10 Goldfinch and a Marsh tit

The flock of Golden Plovers were back on the sloping field beyond BirchClose Lane. 156 were in their beautiful full breeding plumage. Three Wheatears (2 males and a female) were in the fields alongside Birch Close Lane and a Little Owl was on the wall whilst a pair of Oystercatchers flew towards Weecher. I flushed two pairs of Grey Partridge and a pair of Stock Dove were by the large Owl box at Golcar Farm. Everything else was as it has been with Snipe, Lapwing and Curlew at their breeding site.
