Glovershaw produced eight Wheatears (six on the northern edge of the Golf Course and two more at the bottom of Birch Close Lane). Three families of Stonechats were seen, making 13 birds in all. The two families of four were still present on the Glen Road, but a family of five were on the field edge by Golcar Farm. Meadow Pipits are now forming small clusters and about 25 were countered and an adult Reed Bunting was with two juveniles amongst the fairway bracken
