On the way up a Snipe landed on the wall top, managed a shot from the car. There was a Lapwing chick feeding in the open grassland just above the delapidated farm on the left. A cuckoo was heard in the distance towards the east. Three Wheatear on the top. On the way down a small flock of Linnets by the roadside
